What differentiates Planview IdeaPlace from other similar products?

I haven't used other similar products, but I can personally say that Planview Spigit is one of the best tools in it's domain. I have not faced any major challenges with the tool and working with Planview Spigit is just a WOW feeling. The tool is intuitive and easy to use. You don't have to invest much in user training - an important aspect for any organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product support is amazing and very helpful. One must not forget that any product, no matter how good it is, could turn the entire experience down if the product support is not good. We have always received great support from Spigit team and they are also open for critical feedback - which they take in a positive way and are willing to bring improvement in the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflows are a little complex for beginners. Setting up a new challenge thus is time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for one of the best tools in the market for ideas generation and develop a collaborative environment, then Spigit is for you!
