What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has helped us in planning our workflow and ensuring that we run smooth schedule and our services are efficient. It has impacted a lot in our production and revenue growth where we are able to work 24/7 and grow our portfolio. The vendor offers reliable customer services and this ensures that everyone is able to use the platform at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its efficient and we have been able to use the platform with ease and this makes us comfortable in using the platform all the time.

Its stable to use and even the vendor offers a free demo on how to use the platform and this grows the usage of the platform across board.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automates our services making efficient and this brings a turnaround in our service delivery ensuring that we serve more customers than before. Helps us execute sound project management features and this grows our portfolio besides enabling us gain visibility into all of our projects. Customer support is available and willing to help all users in getting along well with the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our staff had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform efficiently but this improved with time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great platform and this ensures that you are able to improve your services delivery and be able to implement your projects and functions with ease.
