What differentiates Planisware Enterprise from other similar products?
Its quantitative indicators; such as cash flow, NPV, ECV, and qualitative qualities are the features that set it apart from the competition. These features are robust for evaluating project proposals. Aside from that, Planisware Enterprise provides us with one-on-one live demos and assists us in increasing portfolio efficiency by minimizing the gaps between our project stakeholders with a single web PPM platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Planisware is my favorite as a whole because of all the features are available there that I want. It offers superior portfolio information as well as comprehensive project data for informed decision-making, assisting our organization in aligning our whole portfolio with our main company strategy and goals and ensuring the maximum ROI. I also admire the incorporation of many benefits such as project control, fund control, expense control, and time monitoring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's time-consuming to go over the Data management rules and figure out which ones are in place. System lags; when we are seeking up project numbers appears to be quite slow, and navigating through the many alternatives to search up project numbers is quite tedious. The user interface looks outdated and tables aren't very visually appealing right out of the box.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you really need all PPM features and various connectors to integrate it with other multiple systems, Planisware Enterprise PPM is a fantastic tool to use, but it comes at a cost in terms of system complexity and faults. To manage, you'll need a small but devoted in-house IT team.
