It's been made scalable and customizable. if you are a one to pick Pipeliner for your organization/team, you'd need to be well-versed in sales strategies and processes. If you are looking to map and customize your sales/customer success processes into structured pipelines and have your team to update their notes/records regularly, then Pipeliner would be the best choice for you. Pipeliner is easy to use and to customize-it's a long term winning position in CRM space.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use The ease of customization Easy and Fast on-boarding The user-friendly mobile app The great customer support The continuous improvements of the product The mobile app business card to text feature The mobile app voice to text feature (for the notes) The scalable back-end technologies The rich training and educational materials available online The possibility of using the dashboard with different graphical views Data migration tools from previous CRMs are all available and super easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's pricey in compare with other CRM products in the market. No marketing campaigns module. If an enterprise went very big, Pipeliner won't be a suitable option when they require their own developers to make changes on it. Some forms have unnecessary mandatory fields.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set up your sales plan, strategy and process. Go through the product. Check the cloud-based provider, the used technologies, all the way up until the features and the user interface of the product. Make sure that it's suitable for your short and long term goals. ensure how easy to onboard in case you need to migrate from previous products. Gets some hands-on practice using a free demo.

Its almost packed with too many features and the pricing is a bit costly in my opinion compared to other CRM softwares.

Pipeline CRM is fairly priced. There is value for what you pay.

I am in love with the Mobile App. You can access it in IOS. The Navigation is on point

So far so good. It works for me perfectly

This is one of the Best CRM packages for any business size and any business type. Sales people i recommend.
