Pipeliner CRM has great and effective tools that builds strong infrastructure for connecting customers to our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our team members are able to link effectively with our customers from every corner through collaboration. This platform has created strong channels for connecting to our customers and engaging on our products and services. Marketing our products has been very easy since we have customized this platform to fit all our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike from the performance of Pipeline CRM since I started using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend this platform to any organization for effective customer channel engagement environment.

Great product and easy to use!

What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
I love that it is a drag and drop platform so it’s super intuitive for anyone to use and visual learners especially. It’s easy to throw up on the screen in meetings and move things based on projects and leads and sales live in the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ability to customize the fields and the ease of building reports. The dashboard is well thought out and visually pleasing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with phone systems are a bit complicated but still doable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend doing the demos for sure and then drawing out your ideal workflows before building any on the platform. That way you will be able to tweak it on the front end rather than having to switch things really often.
