What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It has a live chat, where we can communicate with our customers, serve them firsthand, and close additional sales. It additionally has important integrations like google contacts and Gmail, therefore having the important info within the same system. Its greatest virtue is segmentation, because it permits us to segment easily, quickly, and with the simplest filters, to induce the best customers for our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive offers a comprehensive, economical, and easy-to-use overview of our sales pipeline and we can see the particular progress of all members of our sales team within the company, as well as the offers that are being provided to potential customers. Pipedrive offers a wonderful valuation with a range of options quite useful for any business and most importantly, it’s a wonderful and versatile interface/user experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a few complaints concerning the software because we think it’s complete if I had to mention one thing negative, I’d say that it cost us a bit to integrate with different programs, however, it was resolved successfully due to patience and thanks to its technical staff. Otherwise, I believe it’s a complete program, simple to use, and specifically very helpful for our sales team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is one of the best CRM to use and configure. The mix of an easy user interface and a plethora of options is ideal. It appeals to me due to its speed and simplicity, and it’s an excellent information model sandbox for tweaking and perfecting your model as it evolves.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive's flexibility in integrating with other marketing and sales databases, as well as its extensive feature set. That allows you to get the most out of a customer relationship management system. It helps improve the quality of sales communications in general, as well as the number of sales and leads generated. It helps move leads further along the sales funnel and provides teams with the information they need to clinch deals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive's ability to track and graphically depict the growth of leads and opportunities within the firm is a big plus in my book. In this way, all business communication can take place within the CRM itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is too high to justify having more people on the team utilize it, so some sort of bundled rate is required. Pipedrive's limited features are due in part to its high price tag, and upgrading to a business plan may cost you a little extra money. There is room for improvement when it comes to managing email on a mobile device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since everything is recorded and synchronized with my Google Calendar, I never have to worry about forgetting an appointment again thanks to its intuitiveness. Calls can be monitored, and we can record and listen to calls for training purposes; this also makes it much simpler to take notes.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

I like Pipedrive’s ability to observe and graphically present the event of leads and possibilities within the company. It permits users to create calls directly from the CRM, centralizing all business activity. When you set up a deal or move a deal forward within the pipeline, you’ll be able to automatize the distribution of custom email templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I favor however easy this product is; it provides a variety of choices for managing clients, it’s very simple to use, and it keeps our leads organized; it’s playing a big part in automation. Each transaction or account may be readily monitored and handled; for example, if you finish a task on an account, you may be requested for follow-up activities, guaranteeing that essential follow-up tasks don’t seem to be overlooked. You’ll be able to get a general image of everything from one view, which is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As compared to alternative CRMs, Pipedrive is smaller amount appealing and less user-friendly. Client care and service might be improved. It’d be nice to be able to send multiple email contacts right away using Pipedrive.
