What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Easy setup and customization. Sales team had previous experience with the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy setup and customization. Quick to admin every step from the draft to the go live and adjust the setup as the team try the flow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The relationship between the organization and the people is too poor. Also, sometimes is hard to define some custom fields as mandatory isn't possible to define which step from the pipeline the field need to be mandatory. Mostly of them is when the custom field is created in the people or organization structure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Define your workflow sales Assure that your workflow were simple Define how do you like to manage your sales team and how do you like to control the data visibility Understand the concept of a CRM Share with the sales team the understanding in how CRM will help them to sell better and will improve his performance

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
It has a long good history of a reliable product, a good reputation on the market. It has a good chunk of features included, what is great, but in the mean time, there are features that now I need to pay, but in other products it was included.
