There's barely anything that I dislike about this product. It just works.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prepare a list of use cases that you would want to accomplish with a CRM, and vet each CRM candidate against those use cases with the help of a specialist.

Solid CRM at a Very Fair Price Point

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Most CRMs are expensive and offer little for integrations. Pipedrive offers a ton of features and is very fair for the price. The value is really impressive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love their contact timeline feature. That is very unique and super helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI/ UX could be better - especially on Mobile and their Gmail app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it out for yourself.
