The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. Easy to use, great mobile capabilities as well!

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
I liked the price point on Pipedrive. It seemed like the best deal for our dollars.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile capabilities are really nice and easy to use. You can dial from your cell from in the program without having to exit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that I can't talk to a human on the phone for service and support, because I only have the basic level at this point, I have to use the chat feature. Sometimes a question that could be answered in 20 seconds on the phone takes a lot longer via chat. Just my opinion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great solution and the mobile capabilities are great.
