What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Understand how to use the product's many pages and functions. Identifying pain spots Gather consumer feedback. Allow teams to distribute tutorials and guides without spending hours developing them. We are working throughout the product team to address the problem of access/visibility of usage on our site, as well as lowering the barrier to accessing data to make it easier for users who are less data smart. Guides also assist us in enabling users and demonstrating new features to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo is simple to install and configure; installation and setup are handled by a simple script. The graphic designer for labeling and producing guidelines simplifies the process for product employees of all levels. I like how simple it is to identify stuff and set objectives based on those tags. I also enjoy how simple it is to create guidelines to assist reach those goals and promote awareness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Obtaining Pendo data is more difficult than it should be. There are certain pre-configured dashboard components, changeable views, and so on. However, for further in-depth research, you must utilize Pendo aggregation API, which is quite difficult to understand. We've been experiencing difficulty harmonizing Pendo and Tableau reports. When they are different, it is not always evident why; it would be helpful to have a simpler method to connect the two.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine if your teams have the essential abilities to access data via the Pendo API. Spend some time learning about and exploring with the various features. Having an internal power user has also helped us a lot. Participate in Pendo webinars.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Pendo is employed in the majority of my organization's work areas; we use it to conduct a form of follow-up and encourage a change in the client's involvement in the events that we have, and therefore give a better service with ways of exclusivity with these operators. This tool allows us to connect user data more easily, allowing us to make better data-driven decisions, It also allows us to build stronger relationships with our customers by allowing us to understand what users do on our pages and allowing us to track batches of users through their engagement with our cloud-based software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a tool that provides good analytical capabilities, as well as different forms of data; it also provides us with an outstanding analysis of how clients use our platform; the statistics are extremely easy to understand; and it is highly intuitive due to its simple graphical user interface. Pendo is one of the best platforms dedicated to the product experience, which can provide customers who are registered in these facilities with specific features that these operators browsing this interface may be extremely interested in, even though it also promotes data on how to use a specific registered product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe it is a very complete tool with excellent performance and ease of use, however, a significant disadvantage that comes into great consideration is that its functionalities are quite difficult to manage, because it requires that its tools be used by users with experience in the field, and that they are professionals to carry out their peculiar function, which is a problem for newcomers to these platforms, who require their tasks to be used in a more comprehensible manner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest which you use this device to enhance relationships together along with your clients and provide a higher product way to the evaluation that Pendo gives us, it is a software program that creates vital and innovative campaigns for the adoption of merchandise that we gather, to increase new skills, to be able to gather a couple of customers near its virtual platform, who may want to turn out to be energetic clients while shopping for their merchandise and capacity ones, with vital and vital monetary effects for the corporation that makes use of the capabilities of Pendo.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Its Net Promoter Score (NPS) feature is unique and ideal for collecting feedback and requests.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It works well, it's my favorite CRM and support tool. I typically integrate with Jira to transfer customer data, interactions, and support tickets. Reports are easy to create. Integrations with Calendly for email/appointment sync/visibility are awesome and can be imported automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The client portal is not very responsive, at least for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pendo is a solid and very effective software, it is ideal for companies or internal teams that need to collect large-scale product feedback effectively.
