What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
It is fantastic for analyzing clients and the goods they use with our organization, and it delivers outstanding customer-supplier communication in the IT sector, as well as extremely reliable data analysis findings. It is incredibly important for ensuring that the services we provide are of high quality, and its segmentation structure helps us to improve every day. It enables us to produce tutorials that assist our most devoted users in better understanding the cloud application services we provide. User organization, communication and learning, user data, and application orientation have considerably increased the support load.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo is incredible; you can run analysis, receive notifications, contact the team, listen to consumers, and get wonderful help and guidance when introducing a new product. I enjoy what Pendo has to offer for user onboarding; the instructions it allows you to develop for online training are some of the finest I've tried, particularly for assisting all customers who use our products. In terms of guide development and major navigation, I believe it provides a lot of utility. I appreciate that all of the things they provide are simple to install, save me time, and do not overburden my machine.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The targeting features of this application are acceptable in my daily use, but I would want additional options and flexibility in this area. The dashboard has too many colors, and I believe a rethink of the interface will improve the user experience because it is easy to become disoriented with so many options. Pendo is difficult to collaborate with since its collaboration choices are ineffective. If you haven't dealt with consumers in a long time, employing pendo might be difficult, and segmentation can produce inaccurate results. I'd want to see more messaging alternatives as well as improved tracking tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering adopting this product in your firm, do not hesitate; it is amazing and works flawlessly. With this strong software, you will be able to track and produce a lot of traffic for your business; its interface, while cluttered, gives more choices than other programs, such as heat maps to discern regions of interest and where people are engaged. Pendo is fully focused on enhancing the customer experience while developing any form of user guide.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
We utilize Pendo to push new platform registrants through the correct setup stages and have noticed advantages such as greater user acceptance of new features and product marketing. We also utilize Pendo to aid with customer onboarding and change management by providing guidance and insights from analytics tools, which allow us to ensure that our customers are taking advantage of our advancements. Customer feedback tools are also useful for gathering input.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo analyzes user characteristics and assists you in displaying the appropriate message at the appropriate moment. We utilize this program in conjunction with Salesforce, which is a simple interface to set up and operate. Pendo Net Promoter Score (NPS) solution is crucial, allowing us to instantly communicate with our consumers based on their comments. Pendo provides an all-in-one 'product choices' platform that allows us to gather customer feedback, align on priorities, and guide our users to utilize and engage with those features while tracking your usage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be wonderful if the polls were more flexible. Allowing additional buttons would allow for greater branching of feedback answers, allowing for better targeting of users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pendo is an excellent all-in-one solution for creating better goods. There are a few alternatives for in-app targeting tools, but Pendo excels where others fail, and its support is outstanding and prompt.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Historically, our product team has not done a good job of tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) after delivering a new product or feature. We were able to better measure our KPIs and illustrate our value offer by utilizing Pendo. We can now present our KPIs in steering committees, quarterly reviews, and product meetings, as well as to our stakeholders, to exhibit the outcomes of the projects we've worked on. Pendo has helped us understand how our clients use the app and what they anticipate. Because our consumers work on a monthly or weekly basis, understanding their work habits helps us to tailor our communications to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo is really simple to use, and once I demonstrate its value to others, they rapidly dive into the software and find things for themselves. I like how it lets us support our clients by keeping them connected, and the immediate product feedback is unlike anything else I've seen. Pendo makes it simple to measure KPIs for our products and to tag pages and features we introduce in order to rapidly and reliably track usage across our platform. It's simple to tag users and assign them to different user groups, allowing us to track segment usage over time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pendo layout makes it difficult to navigate between segments and compare use across user groups. Furthermore, time comparison would be a beneficial feature that is now lacking. When tracking changes across quarters and years, comparing two time periods side by side would be beneficial. I want I could add additional columns to the routes and funnels reports, but there isn't a method - visitor id isn't enough information, and I wish I could add more columns as I can elsewhere.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering between Pendo and other analytics solutions, I'd choose Pendo; the other tools don't have the breadth of features that Pendo has to serve the full customer experience, and Pendo has a ton of integrations. Pendo is an excellent solution for product teams looking to improve their project tracking over time. It's an excellent approach to engage with your team and a popular topic of discussion during product meetings. It is useful for roadmap planning to identify which features should be prioritized.
