Continuous improvement and a true understanding of end users goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They are continuallly releasing new features to provide further insight into our app users behavior.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Interface can be a little clunky. Especially when trying to edit multiple guides.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is well worth the investment and is a nice all around solution for gaining insights into your users and providing in app messaging to notify users and create small walk through guides.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Pendo assists me in creating instructions and tracking where individuals get stuck so that I can advise them. We must also publicize our releases at least 48 hours in advance, and releases necessitate a brief blackout period. We believe that communicating this with actual people checking in, rather than email blasts, is preferable, and Pendo allows us to do it directly in the app. We may choose when our advisors should initially emerge and when they should disappear.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy being able to create app documentation (guides) without having to send it to a development team and wait for the material to surface after the app's official release. I hadn't anticipated the simplicity of use of social media, but I was pleasantly delighted to see that it wasn't far away. When I got stuck, assistance was usually able to help (once I found the support tab). People who struggle with technology will continue to struggle with this, but if you learn Google Docs, I believe you'll understand soon enough.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is currently no ability to archive guides in context folders for easier organization on the Guides website. Product areas are not a practical manner of organizing them. Also, the text editor is rather old, and it is not the greatest choice for copying from Pendo because the markings are part of the text. You'll adore it if you're used to text editing on Discord; the other 90% of us will find it bothersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the best software in its segment, it is functional and improves the productivity of all the people who use it, I have used other software, but Pendo has been superior and that is why we continue to use it and in the company we can recommend it to others. implementation.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
The design team benefits from the funnel and pathing features because they can analyze user flows and make design adjustments right away due to these features. We frequently use guides to announce new features, spread the word about webinars and events, collect user feedback, and show users how to use our services. I appreciate the NPS functionality since it allows us to collect user input using random samples continuously
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of our non-executive directors suggested Pendo, and I must admit that it has been a simple tool to use and set up. You can tag features and start receiving data as soon as they are implemented because clicks can be retrospectively annotated. It expands your support crew and offers users educational possibilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be difficult to manage the connectors with other tools because Pendo is robust and offers many possibilities. Even though this is positive, there are times when more precise reporting choices would make configuring and examining reports easier. Some of the tool's components need to be understood more. I need help with modifying pre-existing resources under the Resources Guide area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We learn a lot about how our customers use our product, and we can utilize that knowledge to improve engineering, release strategy, and discovery. When we communicate with our customers in-app, it is sleek and intelligent, and the results far exceed what we would get from email. The NPS tool alone is worth the purchase of the application.
