Easy to use, but difficult to maintain

What differentiates Pega Customer Service from other similar products?

Ease of development and adding enhancements to the code, initial steep learning curve but then easy to introduce complex functionalities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Almost every feature needed to build a rich UI is provided by the platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maintenance of the product is not easy, also some features are not fully tested by the vendor so we have to open tickets with customer service

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't have a big IT team to maintain the environment it is probably better to consider Pega Cloud
