What differentiates Pega Customer Decision Hub from other similar products?

Pega is by far the best platform I've ever used

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PEGA platform allows us to build fully customizable UIS, allows us to establish logic for alternative decisions, eliminates a lot of manual work, and has proven relatively easy to integrate with other tools due to its open API

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pega has very limited filtering capabilities on custom dashboards

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

PEGA is well suited to implementing process management for any type of company, and by treating each process as a case type, they can be managed in one system.This eliminates the need to maintain multiple systems in parallel
