What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has fully powered dashboard that shows the current trends in market on price. Our market team members can engage freely with our potential clients on our brands and the experience they have with them. Customers data is securely stored to enable our team to reach many customers during marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any drawback from the performance of this tool since we deployed it in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. CLient service team was quite friendly and knowledgeable. 2. Next best Action is the best part of pega it helps us to generate the revenue Mix and increase Customer Engagement. 3. With the help of AI, Machine learning it helps you to predict the Marketing trend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a new user it is quite Difficult, you needs to learns a Lot. Cost is also too high for smaller Organisations. Interface is also not intuitive.
