What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Our sales guy was helpful, communicative, and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. The software developers are continually looking for user input so they may make further enhancements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paylocity is a breeze to use. Despite having no prior experience with the system, I was able to teach myself how to exploit it. In addition, the support staff is fantastic. They are quick to respond to issues and provide excellent follow-up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's difficult to navigate the portal. This complicates the process of keeping courses current without starting from scratch every time. There are occasions when the system's bugs cause confusion among our employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The company's focus on customers is an area where Paylocity can greatly improve. When a business has paid for and installed your services, revealing so much confidential information and placing unrestricted faith in you, unanswered emails are unacceptable.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

It is easy to use, all information is easy to locate, management tools are great, it works as expected, to approve timecards or time-off is very simple, very user-friendly and good interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that information is easy to locate and that you do not need to invest time in getting to know each feature because it is really simple to use, approving time-off is easy so this is a plus .

What do you dislike most about this product?

The major thing I dislike is that you need to log in whenever you have to work on it or to create a pause-stamp, it does not take long but if the same could stay logged in it will be a great update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That take the chance to prove it mostly because of how easy is to manage information and how easy it is to use, also great customer support whenever is needed.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

The variety of modules within Paylocity make it a nice "one stop shop". In theory having one system for Payroll and HRIS is good, but in practicality there are many hiccups we run into. The single sign on has been great for our employees as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of modules within Paylocity make it a nice "one stop shop".

What do you dislike most about this product?

The modules do not all talk to one another, there are silos within the system, this is a barrier. The customer service is also not stellar. Additionally, customizations for fields are difficult and cumbersome or non-existent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to have a variety of individuals at the table when making the decision whether or not to purchase. HR, IT, Accounting, Learning and Development, Etc.
