Managing the dates of off schedule payroll runs.

Ask for as much training and resource material as possible.

The ability to create custom reports, and evaluations. I valued the survey function during its trial run.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The frequent site crashes, and glitches that occur.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To utilize all the modules together to get the most out of the product, and push for those enhancements.
