What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity features a nice payroll, HRIS, time & labor, and time off system. They create payroll terribly straightforward to try to to as everything feeds along very well. The time & labor module works very well, providing an area for worker to clock on and out and submit time off requests. They have an incredible content and great client service for finding platform issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is user-friendly. It’s been easy to method payroll and our workers are happy with the data they’ll access easily. I also love the recruiting module. It’ very easy to use and once we hire a candidate, it flows right into the onboarding program, that is additionally a beautiful tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paylocity doesn’t have nice additional options for things like surveys, culture things like awards/communications, performance evaluations.They can not calculate lookback periods for normal rate purchase non-exempt employees. However, once using in a single state that’ not CA, payroll works very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

So much better than what we moved away from. All of them have some things needing attention. We never had a regular sales rep or service person before moving to Paylocity. Our sales rep continues to be substantially concerned and consistent and fair. We’ve had some changes in our service rep, however every time they get better and additional knowledgeable.

Paylocity if very fast at working with your team to repair any issues you may have with worker fils, onboarding, taxes you name it, and they recognize what they’re doing. If there’s a drag you’ll be able to always get somebody on the phone or email. They’re excellent at responding to your emails and on the phone they are clear and can go step by step with you to fix something you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paylocity doesn’t have nice additional options for thinglike s employees, culture things lIke awards/communications, performance evaluations, etcetera They additionally don’t do well with multi-state payroll, particularly under California regulations. However, once victimization in an exceedingly single state that’ is not CA, payroll works very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! It’ll be the most effective move you made for your company! It’ll save you cash and time. Your workers will love the benefit of use. The self-serve portal permits the worker to form their changes to their personal information, and direct deposits.
