What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity is great in other uses for storing documents, tracking awards and time off usage, generating reports, posting entries to our GL, and collecting data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has many options that are among the best in the market such as Incorporation, benefits administrator, Labor, payroll, performance evaluation, expenses. facilitates the management of our payroll and human resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

improve customer service, Ability to automate and schedule messages in the recruitment module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for most companies for the recruitment, onboarding, and human resources process. It's also good for report customization. There are several ways to create reports and a variety of existing reports.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

When we started with our general administration what with takes the administration and management of human resources with Paylocity we created a new system from the functions that the program brings us, where we implemented as the employment history and to track compliance aspects in the recognition of documents/information/payment data information and very important our payroll.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very important to have connections in this area for mutual growth for learning that's why the community page is very good It allows employees to post comments/questions, which makes it easier for managers to respond, as they can also tag other users and do a kind of support for less experienced subordinates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On a general level it would be excellent if they made a much larger development in their mobile application due to the great limitations that this provides, which would be good for using real-time tools in any place where we are to avoid a delay and create a new affiliation through the mobile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is true that the platform is not completely simple, something new and different is always difficult. However, the longer we use the system and the more comfortable we feel with it, the more we learn, we recommend it because all our payroll is safely in your database.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Their onboarding feature is one of the best I have used. It is easy to create and add items for new hires that need to be completed. Other users can view the status of the employee in onboarding unlike other systems. They also had e-signature available before other vendors as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The onboarding feature is one of the best I have used.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting could be more intuitive and easier to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for managing employee data, payroll, and onboarding. If you are looking for the best in class reporting this is not the product for your agency.
