What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity has a more friendly interface and it is very intuitive, for time tracking is one of the best that I have tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I thing one of the thinks that I most like about Paylocity is the way that they collected different aspects necessary in a HR tool in a single application, it is very complete.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the platform can have issues depending on the end user location so you need to use VPN and sometimes you can get some errors from specific browsers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even thou that is a very intuitive tool, make all the Paylocity trainings they have very powerful features that could make your Payroll team more productive.

Price-quality ratio. I can manage and carry out my tasks and/or my human resources processes in a single system.

Nothing negative at the moment.

Creating reliable reports is simple and gathering valuable insights across other platforms is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple coodination, document sharing and the project task management through Paylocity is nice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no issue with Paylocity and the features, the setting is easy and the production quality is good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Effective contacts information management platform which allows simple tracking of various project employees activities.
