What differentiates Paychex Expense Management from other similar products?

Its fairly easy to use and helps organize the entire organization's organization. Works real good for our employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that employees can look directly at their payroll needs, no one needs to assist them

What do you dislike most about this product?

The site goes down for maintainance too often

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you are good with customizing because its not so intuitive.
