What differentiates Patriot Payroll from other similar products?

Patriot Payroll offers excellent value for the price, esp. if your is a very small business. Very good service and an excellent feature set, whether you choose to remit payroll taxes and file tax forms yourself, or choose to have Patriot perform those tasks for you. There's a lot of competing providers offering similar services. Patriot is among the least expensive and yet they provide a very simple, intuitive user experience, both when it comes time to run a payroll and for initial setup. Patriot easily belongs on the short list for any small business looking for a reliable online payroll service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy setup and an extremely intuitive and simple user experience, when it is time to run payroll or file quarterly and annual returns. A robust set of standard reports with a suitable level of customization available. Good customer service. An attractive price point for the small business looking for an accurate and reliable online payroll service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unlike some of its competitors, Patriot Payroll deducts payroll taxes from the employer's bank account the day after the payroll is run, rather than when the tax remittance is due. Presumably Patriot is making some income on holding these funds, sometimes for as long as nearly 3 months, in the case of taxes which are remitted only after the quarter ends. It would be good if this reduced the possibility of fee increases. However, Patriot increased their fees in early 2022 and as a result their fees are very close to those of their competitors. The fee increase certainly loses some price point advantage Patriot Payroll once enjoyed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the recent increase in their fees, Patriot Payroll belongs on the short list of online payroll services to be compared by any small business looking for a reliable online payroll service provider. Setup is made easier if it's done at the end of taxing quarter or, even better, before the beginning of a new tax year. That said, Patriot makes setup very easy, no matter when the transition takes place.

What differentiates Patriot Payroll from other similar products?

Previously I used software, which was similar to Patriot Payroll, but its interface was very slow and stuck, with prices somewhat high, for the tools it offered, compared to this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Patriot Payroll has been of great help to the company and our workers, offering all the tools we need, without the need to have services from an internal company. The software is very intuitive, easy to use and teach our employees, since they have access to their own payment profiles, finding each one from the entrance to the company, to the last. Modifying or canceling anything unnecessary. Your service has left me very satisfied, when I have any problem I contact customer service, and they kindly guide me to solve my problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I disliked about the software, I am very satisfied with its services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its costs are not high at all, for the service that this software offers, I am very pleased with Patriot Payroll, it also offers the first month free, after that month of trial there is no doubt that you will want to invest in the software. Its ease of use, interaction and available tools will not let you switch to another software.

What differentiates Patriot Payroll from other similar products?

There are several similarities between Patriot Payroll and Square Payroll and QuickBooks Online Advanced, because they are platforms or software to manage companies and perform full payroll services, our organization prefers Patriot because it has proven to be a very flexible tool and works well for generating a better organization in payroll constantly, it really takes care of absolutely everything in our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the best software that helps our company to keep better accounting, it is very easy to use and offers payroll solutions to small and large companies with up to 100 employees, it allows us to save time and money, it has excellent functions and features that help run payroll from basic to full-service payroll, has a great self-service portal, great third-party integrations, and helps large organizations track and manage documents. Patriot Payroll helps to execute all payroll quickly and easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to find something that I dislike about this software because it has helped us create a better organization and increase productivity in our work, it has an excellent employee portal and allows you to make a deposit directly to each employee, it has proven to be a software through which you can manage the compensation, payroll and documents of your clients and work team, provides exceptional reporting, both the basic service and the full service are excellent I have no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a platform that I recommend for all organizations looking to give their money better value, deposits are completely free, it has incredible support and a 30-day free trial, without a doubt it is an excellent platform that helps human resources to get a higher status of all employees and much more.
