Its almost infinite customization capabilities to match any BC related business need, paired with highly-experienced guidance to always reach added-value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The various options available for integrating and synergizing various data sets required for resilience management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its user-friendliness for end-users can be a double-edged sword for continuous improvement, as it triggers stakeholders to constantly come up with new ideas and features without realizing the efforts required for rendering such simplicity and effectiveness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using a small-stepped approach paired with a close relationship with end-users.

When it comes to business continuity, ParaSolution offers great capabilities and its is configurable to meet different business needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using ParaSolution is easy and the software is super affordable The support is great and helps when it comes to customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had any serious malfunctioning worth mentioning

I recommend ParaSolution as it is affordable and offers great features

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

The program is robust and offers lots of versatility. The software's layout makes it very simple to modify your BCP and BIAs. It has excellent support personnel that has received BCI training to best explain the demands of the company. The appearance and feel are really natural. Fantastic interface and another useful feature is the capacity to generate customized MS-compatible documentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the product's simplicity, which makes for a fantastic end-user experience. The degree of customization offered guarantees a solution that is suited to an organization's requirements. Excellent data mining capabilities and enhanced reporting, notably via dashboards, are made possible by the product's ability to interface and interact with other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The solution does not allow for simultaneous editing of the same document by many people. There might be restrictions on what the product can give in some exceptional cases. The platform is not as eye-catching in appearance as some of the other possibilities. The Menu should be more organized and user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is properly designed, scalable, and manageable. The capability for managing workflows is quite helpful. The vendor constantly seemed to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It is the answer that can handle every single one-pager occurrence.
