Sending and collecting electronic signatures is easy with PandaDoc eSignature. It's an easy to use software, it's legally binding and is affordable too

What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?

In my opinion, it has many of the same features of CongaSign and DocuSign, but comes in at a lower price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It integrates easily with our CRM, Hubspot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Make sure that it integrates with your other systems first, then compare head to head with similar solutions on capability and price

What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?

Generally speaking, PandaDoc seems useful to us because it has features for document processing, either to use electronic signatures within them and then share them in a legalized way, or to work remotely without losing professionalism. We find it very productive that a service like PandaDoc has such a facility to review more than one document at a time, allowing us to speed up our workload a lot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is excellent that PandaDoc serves to cover the entire data management of our documents stored online, allowing us to access them freely, and, likewise, edit them as many times as necessary when creating drafts, so as not to damage the base documents or the final versions of them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a negative point, PandaDoc can not be integrated to many clouds, and does not have enough capacity in its own cloud to manage documents if you are going to work with files from large companies, or at least, this seems to be the case in its cheaper plans, which would limit the results of a very large company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We come to the great conclusion that PandaDoc, as a document management service, is a software with a good infrastructure, highly recommended when carrying out operations such as invoice processing, which require previous experience in the area of calculation in general, so you can better exploit its potential if you are going to work with documentation in sales areas.
