As a non profit, PandaDoc offers a great free package which much more fuctionality than other similar products.

The ease of use

Nothing. There are features which we would love to use, which are available for a fee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at the pricing and features. You won't be sorry.

What differentiates PandaDoc Contracts from other similar products?

The alternatives to PandaDoc Contracts that I previously used lacked the document signing features that are essential for contract management, made them difficult to use, and weren't visually appealing. These features set PandaDoc Contracts apart from its competitors' tools and give it an advantage over them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The previous tool was disorganized and stored data in multiple locations, making it unsafe to access data. With the new tool, we are completely protected from all external and unknown states and are completely confident in our ability to finish projects. The e-signing option allows us to save our important time and use it for other business activities, which is the main component of it that I appreciate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

People only require the much more advanced capabilities for our internal stakeholders, which also account for a lot fewer than the total number of documents we have sent through the company. We have used the Salesforce integration, and it works flawlessly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every organization that needs a program to manage contracts from start to finish without any problems should consider PandaDoc Contracts, in my opinion. It is an integrated contract management solution that is easy to use and appealing. We utilize it, and I appreciate how all of our work—from contract formation to payment—is automated.

What differentiates PandaDoc Contracts from other similar products?

PandaDoc has done job of creating a platform that is easy to use and very intuitive. There drag and drop contract builder is the best i've worked with and allows me to quickly create documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the tokens feature. Being able to create variables that will later be pre-filled when we execute our contract templates saves me a ton of time. I 'm a fan of the document conversion tool. Being able to convert contracts to an editable PandaDoc format allows me to respond to clients in an efficient manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love to see more control over managing tags. Both in editing tag name as well as automating the application of them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

PandaDoc introduced a free plan. Thats great way to test the waters and see if it makes sense for your team.
