What differentiates Palo Alto Network Security NGFW from other similar products?
Palo Alto Networks NGFW series excels at using URL filtering to provide us incredibly detailed access to certain people or active directory groups. They are continuously updating their features. Multiple defense layers are added by PA Series, including anti-spyware, anti-malware, file blocking, URL filtering, and others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have spent this time investigating the numerous sophisticated capabilities, including content filtering, advanced IPs, and app restrictions. Every security consultant has a favorite firewall that they always recommend. This firewall is stronger and more secure thanks to its enhanced features. Deep scanning and sandboxing for advanced level deep filtering of packets are both features of the IDS/IPS and Advanced Malware Protection.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've encountered a problem with Palo Alto Firewall's high availability in public cloud platforms; high availability doesn't seem to function, thus I have to use the standalone Palo Alto Firewall. There are basically no choices for configuration help; their support is solely break-fix.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Palo Alto is ideally suited as a perimeter or gateway level firewall to protect users from current threats and sophisticated attackers while also enabling secure Internet access. Its sandboxing and data leak protection features quickly identify any vulnerabilities in your infrastructure and prevent unauthorized parties from accessing your data.
