PagerDuty stands out because it easily works with many tools, sends quick alerts when issues happen, and lets teams set up rules for who gets notified first. Its mobile access and useful reports make it a reliable choice for managing and fixing problems fast

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate PagerDuty's responsiveness and quick alert system. It ensures that I am promptly notified about incidents, allowing for swift and effective response. This feature has significantly contributed to the reliability and efficiency of managing issues within my workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find PagerDuty to be overly complex, often leading to alert fatigue due to its lack of customisation and limited integrations

What differentiates PagerDuty Platform from other similar products?

It brought many first features in the industry and is a market leader in its segment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

very popular and ease of customisation and nice visualisations

What do you dislike most about this product?

bit pricy and other competitor like ops-genie from Atlassian has great integration it with its other products which is missing in PagerDuty

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you are already using one vendor's multiple tools than its easy to get another products from same company at discounted prices so please check what you need and if they are satisfied by existing vendor's product it makes sense to buy them for less cost and less overhead (dealing with same company's sales-folks whom you already know)
