What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

When we started using this platform to help increase outbound sales through mixed sequences with other solutions and technologies. This platform is fully dedicated to our sales team who are best suited for that scope which is why it is a fully automated system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For our product it is important to know if when we send a follow up email based on the email was opened or not to know the interest and get the attention of future customers, to create a comparison of statistics between subject lines and sequences as it is also easy to build sequences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Should make an acceleration in the delivery of analytics to avoid delays in reporting, as well as a button to cancel it sent to avoid future misunderstandings and some recommendations on geographic variables of language that work better in certain cities / states for the recruitment and different customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Outreach. It has been a frequently used tool for our sales team because of the use of the templates that are excellent to implement, this platform is suitable for less experienced sales teams that need guidance and experience when it comes to develop writing that attract attention in good emails and make good campaigns. It is recommended for inexperienced sales groups.
