What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
Having used RingCentral before, I really like how Outreach has a local dial option that can help potentially reach long-distance clients - sometimes we hear on calls that people are apprehensive about picking up the phone as the call is out of state/country, so having the ability to switch that feature on has given reps extra chances to close deals or engage prospects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The local dial feature as mentioned above has been a godsend for our sales/CSM teams. Also, the ability to create custom snippets for personal/team use has helped the team become more efficient. Rather than typing out the same email multiple times, the snippets allow you to get messages out efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once you get more into the data integration features and filtering prospects, things can start to get complicated - also there are periods when Outreach was down during multiple times last year, which really hurt the team's productivity on certain days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are currently manually sending out emails, sales sequences, and making calls on your personal phone, do yourself a favour and pick up outreach. It will help your efficiency tenfold.
