What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The underlying database, and the ability to customize attributes has become increasingly important.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a while to get used to the main user interface and navigation between the objects and report views.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like the ease of use with which iServer integrates with Microsoft Visio, the templates, and the excellent service provided by Orbus.
