What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?

Oracle cloud management tool helps in setting goals and track them and closely align them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle talent management enhances recital by modernizing it and having frequent conversations on goals and alignments. Progress is being reviewed constantly

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support of the Oracle Talent Management Cloud software is not very great and it is extremely hard to obtain help if something does not work well. Or else Oracle Talent Management Cloud software application is the best system that manage our talents in an effective way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise Talent Management Cloud to business whose HR division has a very large volume of candidates as this system has an outstanding Applicant Tracking System as well as capability to transform massive information.

this is the only product of it's type that I have used, but the overall ease of use, in conjunction with the features available, makes using this software enjoyable
