What differentiates Oracle Student Cloud (SIS) from other similar products?

There are many features which differentiates Oracle Student Cloud (SIS) from other similar products such as student support which is really an important feature to consider. This really improves the student engagement and help to get personalized experience for them, Moreover, SIS also manage the financial aid packages for student's program which ultimately help in financial decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is Oracle Student Recruiting. This not only benefit students for Recruiter Management but also for Social Monitoring and Engagement. This aspect really help students to invlove in activities and get into online Collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the pricing of this product as some small businesses might not able to take their high budget plans. They could have more variety of plans so that customers with very low budget can also try their products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation for someone considering this product is that you can first try to chat with their oracle sales team and get to know the features what they are providing. Then one can finalize if these features really matched what you are looking for in the software you need.

What differentiates Oracle Student Cloud (SIS) from other similar products?

Flexibility of the courses offered to students where students themselves can select the courses they are interested in and which are related to their major, press edit the program to to be able to add academic calendar manually, move courses to other term if they feel the workload is too heavy. Schedule creation and planning is great, plus when students can review their calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is that we can organize the whole curriculum of our startup education here on Oracle Student Cloud. We provide a startup incubation and pre-incubation programs where our residents take a 32-week course on entrepreneurship and startups. Each day they assigned home assignments that they need to submit by due date. The whole process is monitored with Oracle Student Cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, we are pleased with it. Initially we used an internal university management system, Oracle Student Cloud is better in terms of functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cannot come up with an idea.
