Timely backups of data. Great for incident management and incident recovery. Easy to customize and configure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cleary defined and highly secure. Chat and email functionality is enabled. Search feature is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Increase in search parameters. Ease of integration should be improved

Great service when the organization is using services and applications from oracle.

First, the software is affordable and comes with amazing features The software comes at a manageable cost making it attractive to businesses.

Not a single complaint with Oracle Service
