Primavera Portfolio Management is one of the most effective programs for managing projects, in contractual methods that protect you during disputes. It's approved by all consultants in the world, and its outputs are correct. Primavera Portfolio Management's capabilities allow you to follow a project and all its linked things from start to finish, so you can manage resources and people, track delivery dates, know overdue actions, and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how Primavera Portfolio Management's project management application is so organized and flexible when setting up programs and pulling reports and data. I like that its findings express the reality of the project, as it tracks tasks in a critical path manner, which keeps all activities under follow-up, especially the free ones, and the derived percentages of achievement, whether for all works or a specific portion of them, are closer to reality and Calculated scientifically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a full application that requires just some training to operate, and after the user has learned about the tools and how to use them, it will be simple for them to configure programs and extract updates. There is nothing else that is noteworthy about this application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It was a guarantee in establishing rights in claims and disputes, and its presence on the cloud helped to save all updates and data related to them in an organized manner. Primavera Portfolio Management was helpful in managing our projects accurately, and it was a guarantee in establishing rights in those situations.
