Generating the expense reports and fund equity reports is easy using Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is little bit difficult for new users to use it without watching any tutorial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this to big companies who don't think about budget while buying its premium plan.

The user interface is too simple

pick your battles. Use vanilla and adjust process. avoid customization (vs configuration or process change) add a cost multiplier of *10 when considering customizations (bolt ons *5) the reason you buy this is to reduce overhead and every customization adds overhead. Dont customize !
