What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

I started the process of converting business leaders to a self-service model using Oracle PeopleSoft, which I utilized to store personnel records. Self-service improved personnel record modifications and freed up storage space that would have been used to maintain paper records. Its qualities greatly facilitate and simplify our work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The finest tool for handling employee data is PeopleSoft. Anyone can quickly understand the user interface because it is quite straightforward. The ability to search an employee in PeopleSoft using their Emp ID, Full Name, First Name, and Last Name is a feature I like. A single click allows us to view an employee's past which was extremely useful and important for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting in Oracle PeopleSoft is not always simple. Our HR team members frequently had to rely on the help of the HRIS staff, which is ineffective. It also lacks a graphical user interface (GUI), which I believe would make the tool more acceptable to non-HR business managers who are requested to utilize it for self-service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Due to its lower pricing, it might be more tempting to all-sized businesses, but it's crucial to remember that, once implemented, it needs a lot of internal HRIS and IT assistance to maintain and customize.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

I believe that the great number of features that are gathered under the umbrella that PeopleSoft provides make it a great investment even taking into consideration the bulky prices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Support and educational resources really represent a plus for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Again, I would have to mention how much it affects a budget.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even though this monster would technically work out on smaller businesses as well, I recommend you think twice when thinking of acquiring this platform as it might be too big and you could help your wallet, by buying and implementing software of lesser cost.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

The Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is a useful system offering various modules and it provides the organization with effective self services capabilities and also flexible and powerful analytics functionalities. The various modules include workforce management which provides excellent management of supplies and easy audit management functions and easy cost tracking power.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project cost tracking functions Workflow management. Payroll management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some issues in mobile compatibility. Analytics could be better. Navigation can be difficult for new user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an enterprise-grade product best suited for absence, payroll, time and labour and all other HR functionalities. Any complex functionality can be built here as customization. But look and feel wise it's not [that] advanced. There could have been a feature for video, SMS or WhatsApp alerts which is missing currently.
