What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

Functionality and user interface is very simple, everyone can learn easily. If any issue occur, IT teal quickly fix the issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some of the best feature about the platform include smooth workflow layout. Process get done very quickly. There are options to customize the product as per company requirement. It helped us have a more centralized tracking and notification system for HR and training needs for employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle should work on the login issue, end user can login in the platform in two chrome pages in the same time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best product for Human Resource industry. Company can easily manage the records of our employees, there salary, incentive, etc.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

I believe that the great number of features that are gathered under the umbrella that PeopleSoft provides make it a great investment even taking into consideration the bulky prices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Support and educational resources really represent a plus for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Again, I would have to mention how much it affects a budget.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even though this monster would technically work out on smaller businesses as well, I recommend you think twice when thinking of acquiring this platform as it might be too big and you could help your wallet, by buying and implementing software of lesser cost.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

The Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is a useful system offering various modules and it provides the organization with effective self services capabilities and also flexible and powerful analytics functionalities. The various modules include workforce management which provides excellent management of supplies and easy audit management functions and easy cost tracking power.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project cost tracking functions Workflow management. Payroll management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some issues in mobile compatibility. Analytics could be better. Navigation can be difficult for new user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an enterprise-grade product best suited for absence, payroll, time and labour and all other HR functionalities. Any complex functionality can be built here as customization. But look and feel wise it's not [that] advanced. There could have been a feature for video, SMS or WhatsApp alerts which is missing currently.
