What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?

As with anything, who you are associated with makes all the difference in the world. Oracle is a leader in everything they touch. This allows them far greater impact than a smaller package. In addition, they touch so many different industries it allows for greater feedback which inevitably makes the product better for all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is how it allows users to manager their accounts and contacts and the activities they have with them very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not enough basic training available for the product. We have to create out own.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at the overall package and you will see that ease of use, cost and effective account/contact management will help this product stand out.

My favorite aspect of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM is its seamless integration with other PeopleSoft modules, especially for organizations already using PeopleSoft for HR, Finance, or Campus Solutions. This unified environment reduces data silos, ensures consistency across departments, and simplifies reporting and compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest downside of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM is its outdated user interface and overall user experience. Compared to modern cloud-based CRMs, the UI can feel clunky and unintuitive, which may slow down productivity—especially for users accustomed to more modern tools.
