What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?

The platform is user-pleasant with distinctive log of duties to accomplished in the dashboard segment, availability of bulk attendance regularization saves time, clean to hold ahead leaves and balance with properly transparency, person can improve the price ticket with in the device in case of issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s an internet based tool so no installation required, just register and use and included with Ping ID for multi factor authentication. It’s smooth in usage and reliable when it comes to data safety. Work flow approvals are satisfactory and icons that differentiate the type inside the attendance is beneficial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

System log off after some time of usage is creating severe problems for the user as there is a risk of data loss and it requires more effort to start from the initial stage. There should be more options in the interface and the navigation also needs improvement for better user satisfaction and performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle People CRM is dependable and it suits nicely in a situation wherein an organization aims to develop their customer base and enhance their dating with their clients and ensure that every one patron offerings are provided in an green manner.
