Easy to use, slightly lacking in mobile capability

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?
From my viewpoint as a long time end user and having exposure to multiple solutions out there I would have to say oracles long time user friendly interface and navigability has really helped it stand out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease and ability to check my time and leave as well as my ability to view jobs posted statewide for all of our governmental entities. It makes it very easy to use as a one stop shop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish at times they would work to update some of the visual theming more frequently and increase the mobile web capabilities if not outright build a dedicated PeopleSoft app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From an end user perspective I would say make sure a lack of mobile app capability isn't a huge turn off before looking to proceed. If you want an application that is pretty straightforward though that is easy to use I would highly recommend it.
