How not user friendly it is. It is definitely hard to use for someone who is unfamiliar with it,

I recommend that you make sure your staff is pretty tech savvy if you want to go with this option.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?

It has saved us a lot of time and labor hours using this tool to keep things organized, and we have saved a lot of effort. Beginners can learn how to use the software with ease as it is simple enough for them. The more familiar you are with the company's other product lines, the more likely you will have benefited from them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The process of understanding consumer behavior is straightforward to learn. It is a reliable system with Oracle's support, and it has powerful techniques to locate answers quickly and easily. As a matter of fact, there can be no doubt that this is a very clean and highly maneuverable model. The information provided by the vendor is apparent and covers most of the information I need to obtain from them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If their workflows were more straightforward in some cases, their workflows might be able to improve in a more efficient way. The UI could be more flexible and visually appealing. There are problems with workflows and mail notifications. On a mobile device, the user experience wasn't great. There may occasionally be faults and glitches in the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our team has tried many CRM applications, but Oracle CRM On Demand is the best! To find the right CRM for our organization, we have been searching for quite some time. In our case, Oracle CRM's platform offered so many options that we were able to select the best option from a wide range of options.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?

Oracle is a standard in the business software industry regarding user-friendly formats and interfaces. As a result, I can modify reports according to my needs in the software. With the help of this app, you can store the information you require for several clients, projects, etc., on a single platform that is simple to use and keeps the report within reach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

An essential part of our multinational organization's IT infrastructure is Oracle CRM. We have it integrated with our quotes to save having to enter the same information twice, and it not only tracks and manages opportunities very effectively. With the help of this fantastic CRM, you can successfully maintain your relationship with your customers. Oracle CRM has everything, including a tremendous Lead Management tool, Analytics, and Reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some elements could benefit from improvement (drop-down menus, icons...) Filtering by part number rather than just opportunity would be advantageous. There is a tendency for the application to be very busy for the average user, depending on the content requirements for various organizations within the framework of the out-of-box capabilities offered by the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as I'm concerned, one of the best things about the app is how easy it is to find notes from any point in time, regardless of when they were taken. As we have used Oracle CRM Demand to collect contacts, monitor processes, and identify potential clients, we have gathered data that has helped boost the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
