What differentiates Oracle Marketing from other similar products?
one of the differences that Oracle Marketing Cloud has with Gren Rope is that it doesn't have a free trial to make it interesting to market, it doesn't have search marketing, custom CTA lacks social marketing, on the other hand Green Rope does offer the free trial to the public, and at the same time it offers a quite wide support, so there are no problems in communication, at the same time the biggest advantage of Oracle Marketing Cloud is that this program eliminates the guesswork associated with other software and you use evidence to make marketing decisions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
what I like most about Oracle Marketing Cloud is working with Eloqua campaign management is a very easy to handle and useful tool for its versatility, which makes reporting easy and very explicit, the tools available in this program allow us to direct our direct efforts to the right markets, the test A,B is a very good feature, to send emails, so it is easy and reliable to work with Oracle, having this platform at our disposal
What do you dislike most about this product?
The program is expensive and for anyone not trained in it, it is complex. It is not very accessible. The creators of emails did not take into account the search marketing that is very important for any platform, since it is very necessary at the time of web browsing. At the same time the interface is quite confusing some tasks become quite difficult to accomplish, since the acquisition of the program, access to support is quite slow and tedious, you could call and talk to a technical support, which would help solve the problem on the spot, now that changed, it is necessary to send a ticket through the ticket system, and most of the interaction is done through the web.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In this program Oracle Marketing Cloud should take some time in order to become familiar with the text editor because it is a bit annoying, it is a bit expensive, but at the same time it is a program for us, our customers need to be educated and convinced that this product is the best, so it means a lot that they buy it and try the versatility of it, they will be amazed how much this platform can do for your company, because this program allows us to quickly prototype campaigns and adapt them very quickly, to optimize the performance of our work on the web.
