What differentiates Oracle Exadata from other similar products?

RAC/clustered database technology RMAN duplicate and cloning

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Full sh/bash/ksh support Generally faster i/o throughput versus non-exadata

What do you dislike most about this product?

Patching can often become quite involved and convoluted. It should be more transparent and straightforward. Storage metrics can be difficult and time-consuming to obtain. Basic administrative functions can be hard to repair when discovered. Vendor support can take a while to obtain. Generally, several attempts are necessary to reach the right area of vendor expertise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Can improve on vendor support. Simply storage matrix. Simplify administrative functions of the software,

What differentiates Oracle Exadata from other similar products?

Use the DATEDIFF function to calculate the difference between two dates or datetimes, in days or seconds. The difference between the specified dates. Valid values can be: DD , which computes the difference in days.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Each photographer works individually and chooses to focus on their favorite aspect of the region, but collectively they give a more comprehensive sense of what it's like to live, work, and play there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many of the folks disagreeing with Bryan's answer are Oracle people ... they sell and commission, and once the product is sold they drop contact with the customer. ... I hate my work at Oracle, which is also the first company I have worked for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Exadata uses a very efficient methodology for processing and fetching data from the databases saving us time and making the transaction more in accordance with realtime
