What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
It has a database of millions of customers, but it is a function that automatically guides customers to events. So far, we have been delivering dozens or hundreds of information per vendor. Increase solvable problems, concrete effects and customer contact activities for sales. and customer contact activities for sales. Free the business from the sales side by automatically delivering features, points and emails that contributed to problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It may be a good point, When you can create several databases, such as events and custom objects, in several places, so correct the query form that was created differently than yours. It is very popular for sales to be able to set up campaigns that until now could not be done and to be able to feed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you fix the database for each purpose, I think you can make it so that anyone can see it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Until now, business card data and other data were managed in a separate database and delivered via an email delivery system. This can now be done in series. As a result, the work of the person in charge has become considerably more efficient and the work time has been reduced by approximately 50%.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other products is how flexible the product is, you can do pretty much everything you want.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is the customizable nature of their automated workflows. I used it for a lot of different actions from campaigns inviting people to a webinar and segmenting them into attendees/non-attendees to sending different post-webinar emails to automating the creation of custom segments based on information we collected in our forms. It saved me a lot of time and helped us to be more assertive when connecting with our customers and leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI wasn't intuitive at all. It felt I was dealing with old-school software with a bad user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the implementation process seriously and have a dedicated team to manage and support the product so the teams using in it have the best possible experience.
