What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, this one adapted quite quickly to our own needs since it is a complete product in which you can host your place without restrictions, capture potential consumers, segment with commercial attributes and send emails to produce more demand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about this instrument is that the accessible applications in Eloqua make integrations quite simple. In addition to its ability to produce and deliver marketing campaigns, as well as integrate custom programs, Eloqua is a powerful tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal opinion we have not found a failure in this instrument because you can configure several complex programs that others do not have the possibility of. Plus it's easy to switch programs as they stay active and see where contacts fall at each step.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons why we would recommend this tool ourselves is because Eloqua is quite simple to learn, and the campaign canvas is amazing and allows you to easily design complicated campaigns in a visual way so you can keep track. of each of the connections between the different elements of the campaign.
