What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?
It is mainly suited for organizations that want to automate their marketing strategies and focus on lead nurturing. It also offers a range of features such as progressive profiling, web form, and landing page creation and can easily sync with CRM systems. It is not so suitable for organizations that just want to send one-to-one emails as it would not allow them to fully utilize the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is user-friendly and [easy to become] accustomed with. It provides seamless integration with different CRM Systems. It has features such as lead nurturing, dynamic content, email builder.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sync time between the platform and CRM can be slow at times. The price is expensive as compared to other similar platforms. Lack of integrations with PPC platforms such as Google Ads.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is mainly suited for organizations that want to automate their marketing strategies and focus on lead nurturing.
