What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

It's a bit more robust than your standard marketing automation software - lots of bells and whistles such as ai assisted segmentation. Plus solid analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the drip campaign customization - great for lead nurturing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is drab - there are platforms with much better UX/UI - once you know where things are, it's easy but the look and feel could be updated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thoroughly understand your needs and what you want to accomplish. Make sure to do your research.

What differentiates Oracle Eloqua from other similar products?

Eloqua has always known to be the most robust and the cream of the crop marketing automation engine available. They are best suited for big enterprises with a large IT and marketing ops organization to operate this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize the tool to the Nth degree is huge for us. In an environment where everything is customized, Eloqua definitely fit our bill of customization requirements, and they took this requirement with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Big and complex engine that's not easy to understand. Operators need advanced knowledge to make the best use of this tool. So if you have a smaller operations team, definitely test the POC first to see if your team can handle Eloqua in integrations and operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the needs of the marketing team first before deciding on the best fit tool. Understand which systems are the best for the needs of the team. Once settled on Eloqua, take it for a test spin via POC.
