What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
Oracle CRM has a fantastic user interface. Tracking records and activities are displayed on the dashboard. It easily communicates with other sales applications. Everything is intended for CXS
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Oracle has all of the solutions for your business, and my favourite of their products is Fusion Cloud. As previously stated, it is the best in terms of security and priority; it aids us in business processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
During difficult times, I occasionally encountered support issues. When I needed immediate assistance, I received a slow response. Support is the company's public face, and it should be prioritized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Oracle CRM has an excellent user interface. The dashboard displays tracking records and activities. It communicates easily with other sales applications. It's all designed for cxs.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
Few features like customer data management, sales lifecycle tracking, vendor and quote management along with the reporting features it provides makes it a great product to use ahead of any other sales product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customised reporting options is my favorite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration with any other sales software is not very easy. Also, the development team needs to work on the UI of the product as it seems to be a bit outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall it is a great product to be used for order processing, management and tracking.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
Its user interface is meant to minimize interruptions so that sellers may concentrate on the appropriate offers at the right time. In order to build a full customer picture that sellers can rely on and use to deliver more pertinent customer experiences, Oracle CX Sales combines data from across the company, layers on third-party data, and applies real-time market signals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Additionally, we develop BI-related reports and analytics that assist managers in keeping track of and getting a broad perspective on everything that occurs in the system. Constructing unique solutions and integrating them with different systems, such as core banking and numerous others. It compiles all customer, account, lead, opportunity, and service request data in one location and links it effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not very adaptable Use the built-in configuration tools at your own risk; Oracle has a habit of breaking even the most basic, non-customized components every three months. A mobile app's functionality is incredibly constrained and hardly any web app tools are offered. It is just the product in general really. It is extremely complicated and hinders our ability to offer our users value.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In particular, its performance management was helpful in creating a baseline and assessing the sales team. We employed customer data management when we had an internal business use case that required us to comprehend, store, and retrieve customer data in order to improve our connections with customers.
