The customisation features that comes with handy options of modern features

I did not find anything that you can single out but if you really want skin out of it, the price could be more aggressive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is great, comes with many flawless features and great customer support. Some people can feel the Price of the software is high but you can take it considering great customer support and good amount features in it.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

The capability to integrate with a number of platforms is great. I also liked the UI interface which is much better than the other competitor platforms that I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great with tracking opportunities and customer engagement with neat reporting options

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few limitations in terms of flexibility but overall a great experiance Oracle CRM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check for your business requirements. If you are dealing with a smaller group of target audience, you might want to use lighter tools that are low on pricing
