What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Products are simple to market. Easy to create a customer center and customers. Monitoring the selling process from marketing through customer order. Create reports and analytics for prospects, sales, and maintenance requests. Strong integration with some other Oracle services and third-party applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize it in entire business of sales process, beginning with marketing, leads, and prospects and ending with selling products or services. We also assist use service order component in handling client requests and resolving them as reports. In addition, creating future plans to expand the business's performance. Creating unique solutions and combining them with existing systems such as banking facilities and others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Including tabular views within pages. Handle fields such as hidden, updates, necessary in a speedier manner, which really is currently sluggish. Don't forget to include contact data in custom entities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle CX is really the finest in the industry for Sales and Support, particularly when it comes to interfacing with other platforms. This has a reliable and large repository which can manage a large amount of data. It collects and organizes all client, accounts, prospect, opportunity, and service management statistics in one location.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

The tool has an automatic configuration process that has a built-in optimal product mix service. Which enables you to generate sales irrespective of market scenarios. The tool is also supported on all platforms with customer support available on the go. The assets also include a document designer, a contract management panel, and language flexibility with electronic signatures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The program is very helpful in engaging the customers and keeping a record of every client and its related activities. The tool also provides an integrated system of Customer relationship management (CRM), Digital Commerce/ Ecommerce integration with oracle, Enterprise resource planning integration along with web assistance and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Urgent support is not available there is usually a delay from 24 to 48 hrs for proper rectification of your problem. The tool is effective only during the initial engagement stage after some time and data compiled there is not much of a benefit. The UI is very basic and dull with a lot of navigation expertise required to run the tool effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use with a real-time sales performance indicator.

Mobile support and usability have made the tool very useful when you are on the go but the system is very slow and is unable to cope with real-time data. Data Import and Export Features should also be included for better feasibility. The tool also lacks API integration which should allow it to connect with other related programs.
